It was immaculately clean inside. We had the double room provided with the bedroom and tea/coffee plus a very comfy bed. The service was all in all very good. We could use wake up calls and ironing at no cost...

Value for money, accessability to a38. Good stop off hotel on the way further south and the hotel was dog friendly
Bedroom was very dark, on side of hotel facing wooded area and the room got very warm as we could not leave the window open due to traffic noise all night.

Breakfast was generous and tasty, and the staff were friendly. Make sure to try the outdoor seating, just remember it can get a bit noisy from the road.

food was good
electric black out . no water during the night and the next morning. A bit noisy at the front of the hotel. no offer of a small discount for the lack of showering/washing facilities. Not their fault was the attitude. At £70 per night. Too expensive. Stayed in better at a lower cost. That was in the cotswolds, just 5mins off the M,way

what we did not like was the wine waiter just placing the wine we had chosen on the table, the wine was not quite right but we realized that the wine waiter could not have answered our questions...
